Q: What types of graphic design services do you provide?

A: You name it, I probably have done it or can do it. I do logos, letterhead and stationary, flyers, advertisements, brochures, invitations, packaging, outdoor signage, and anything else that is in printed format. Contact me for any queries.

Q: What do you charge for your graphic design services?

A: My hourly rate for most graphic design projects is R 385.00 and is billed in thirty minute increments of R 195.00. There are some projects such as logo design, that I offer flat rates instead of an hourly rate (from R750.00 to R 1 500.00). I will provide an estimate for individual projects before commencing. I am able to provide a low hourly rate due to my minimal overhead. I’m pretty flexible on alterations.

Q: What is your payment plan for graphic design services?

A: A 50% deposit of the total fee is required upon signing off of official quote. The remainder fee is due upon completion of the job.

Q: What does the logo design process involve?

A: First we discuss your needs, target market, and uses for this logo. I then ask for samples of existing logos that you like or dislike to get an idea of your taste. If you already have a design concept in mind, great! If you have no idea what you want, I can help you figure it out. Either way, I will make sure I’ve collected enough information before I begin work. After our initial discussions, I will provide a design or designs for your review. From there we will work together to fine tune the final design to your satisfaction.

Q: How will I receive my design project once it is done?

A: Upon approval of logo or image design and remainder payment received by M2 Marketing, you shall have the option of receiving your images via e-mail attachment, disk, and/or hard copy. We can send you the project in the software file format of your choice, or as a PDF file that can be opened up on any computer. Transfer of full copyright will occur after receipt and clearance of final payment.

Q: What happens once I purchase a website and how long will it take?

 A: Once you have made your decision and paid your deposit, you will be emailed an electronic copy of our website planner. After we have received all your content our team of designers will commence work on your website, it will take a minimum of 10 working days from the time that we receive all your content. When your website is complete you have 48 hrs to make limited text authors corrections. After you have signed off and your final payment has been received, we will upload your completed site to your domain and go live.

Q: I have made my choice of which website or service I require do I need to pay all at once?

A: For our website deals or services you pay in 2 installments of 50%, 1st 50% deposit before work commences and the 50 % balance on completion of the work and before your website goes live. Your hosting is paid for dependant on the package you choose, terms and conditions apply.

Q: What if I want more content or extra pages added the standard website such as more images, order page or blog page?

A: Our websites are all built on the WordPress platform and are self managed CMS website, you can add as many pages, images and update text/blogg as you like. We will gladly update the content for you at R385.00 per/hour

Q: How is the domain name registered and what are the costs?

A: Simply log onto http://www.checkdomain.co.za and check if your first choice domain is available, if not, keep on trying until you find one that works. If you are taking our standard non CMS website deal you get one free .co.za domain, you will have to pay R 150.00 for any other domain registration.

Q: What about hosting cost?

A: Our standard hosting package special is R 100.00 p/month (12 month contract), or R1080 per year, pre paid,

If you default on any hosting package terms and conditions apply. If you cancel or move your website before the 1 year hosting has completed there will be a R550.00 admin fee charged.
